Service list.

Websites first, because that’s where most small businesses are losing people. Everything else builds on top of a site that works.

Web design & build

A custom site, hand-built for your business rather than dropped into a template someone else is also using.

Design and build, the copy if you want it written, and the on-page SEO that actually moves the needle: page titles, heading structure, image weight, load speed, and a Google Business Profile that matches. Hosting and ongoing support are available if you’d rather not think about it.

You own the site. You’re not renting it from me.

Advertising & marketing

Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and the content that runs in them, for businesses whose customers scroll before they search.

Tracking goes in before spend does. If the pixel and conversion events aren’t set up properly, every decision after that is guesswork, and you’ll be optimising toward numbers that didn’t happen.

Creative gets tested in volume rather than perfected in advance. We start with the posts that already worked organically, find the angle that lands, then make more of it. You get a monthly report in plain English: what was spent, what came back, what changes next month.

If there’s nothing worth running, we make some. You get a shot list saying what to film, from where and in what light, then send the raw phone footage back. It returns cut for feed, stories and reels, sized for each placement so nothing important lands under a caption or outside the crop. Where a job genuinely needs a proper shoot, I’ll arrange one.

  • IncludesAccount and pixel setup, campaign build, creative direction and editing, creative testing, monthly reporting
  • Best forSalons, clinics, cafes. Anything visual and local
  • Ad spendPaid directly to Meta by you, not through me
  • ShootsArranged and quoted separately when a job needs one

Automation

The follow-ups you keep meaning to send, sent without you.

Most small businesses lose more money to leads going cold than to leads never arriving. An enquiry lands in an inbox on a Saturday, gets buried by Monday, and that’s a booking gone.

Enquiries routed somewhere you’ll actually see them. Confirmation and reminder messages that go out on their own. Quotes that chase themselves after a few days. Set up once, then it runs.

A missed call sends a text back before the caller has tried the next place on the list. A quiet week can be filled by messaging past clients who are due, rather than hoping. And a review request goes out after every appointment, while they still remember the visit, which is how a Google profile gets built without anyone remembering to ask.

  • IncludesMissed call text-back, follow-up sequences, booking systems, lead routing, CRM setup
  • Filling gapsSMS campaigns to past clients when the week looks quiet
  • ReviewsGoogle review requests sent automatically after each appointment
  • Best forAnyone quoting jobs or taking bookings by hand
  • Pairs withA website build. The two work better together

Social media management

Content directed, edited and posted, for businesses that don’t have time for any of it.

You don’t have a camera problem. Phones are good now, and you’re standing in front of finished work every day. What’s missing is knowing what to point it at. So each month you get a shot list, you film it as you go, and it comes back edited, captioned, scheduled and posted.

Most of the work is in the choosing and the cutting, not the posting. A scheduling tool is cheap. Having something worth scheduling is not.

Usually sold alongside ads rather than on its own. Organic posting by itself rarely moves bookings for a local business, and I’d rather tell you that up front than take the retainer.

  • IncludesMonthly shot list, editing, content calendar, captions
  • FilmingYours, on a phone, to a brief. A shoot can be arranged as an add-on

Analytics & reporting

Knowing what actually worked, in a sentence, not a dashboard nobody opens.

Most small businesses have analytics installed and have never once used it to make a decision. That’s not a data problem, it’s a reporting problem: the numbers that matter to a salon are bookings, calls and direction requests, and none of those are on the front page of a default setup.

So tracking gets configured around the things you actually care about, and once a month you get a short plain-English summary. What came in, where from, what changed since last month, and what I’d do about it. If a channel isn’t earning its keep, the report says so.

  • IncludesAnalytics setup, conversion and call tracking, monthly plain-English report
  • TracksBookings, enquiries, calls, direction requests, ad spend against return
  • Best forAnyone already spending on ads and unsure what it is doing
  • Pairs withAdvertising, where the reporting is included rather than charged twice
